Throughout her career, Carol has focused on clinical quality assurance, clinical trial establishment, and clinical trial/program management. She enjoys building strong relationships with vendors, key stakeholders, and executive teams. Carol is committed to meeting project deliverables and timelines, identifying critical paths, and mitigating risks. With a focus on ICH GCP, GcDP, and QA she ensures that the company adheres to all federal regulations and guidelines for good clinical practice.
